Ishraq communications team has been handling the annual plans execution of the hotel’s public relations and communications, including developing monthly plans as per the hotel’s strategy, creating creative angles for the hotel and its restaurants promotions to communicate with the public as per the yearly key occasions, handling the content creation and translation of all the PR materials, drafting and distributing press releases in Arabic and English to media publications, securing interviews, comments and Op-ed inclusions for the GM, drafting monthly listing to highlight the restaurants’ offerings and new menus, awards nominations, spotlighting the CSR initiatives, managing media invitations for new launches or events, crisis responses planning, securing influencer reviews and much more.

6-Month Project

SRMG, the largest integrated media group in the MENA region, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia entrusted Ishraq Communications with managing its English and Arabic public relations and media relations. We supported SRMG’s transformation strategy, activities, international event participation, and announcements of new media channels and platforms. Our responsibilities included strategic PR planning and press office management in the region. We have also been responsible for all content creation and translation, along with press release distribution across the GCC and MENA regions to secure the utmost exposure. Our tasks also included pitching profiling opportunities and interviews with Jomana R. Al-Rashid, CEO of SRMG, to support the exposure of various announcements and campaigns. Additionally, we collaborated with SRMG’s PR team to prepare and organize panel discussions at international events, developing backgrounds, concepts, general questions, key themes, and notional questions. We have been also creating the creative angles to feature each campaign in SRMG publications.

Greneration is a cutting-edge vertical farm in Dubai, supplying premium edible flowers, baby leaves, microgreens and rare crops to hotels, restaurants, bars, and caterers across the UAE on the same day of harvest. Since the farm’s official opening, Ishraq communications has managed its public relations, communications, and influencer relations. We developed a strategic PR plan, including the creation of a press kit in both English and Arabic, and drafting press releases, for which we created attractive angles to guarantee maximum exposure. Leveraging our strong media relationships in the UAE and GCC, we secured extensive coverage in top-tier English and Arabic publications, featuring press releases and interviews with Roman Ulyanov, Founder of Greeneration. We also secured green macro-influencers and Chefs’ reviews aligned with the farm’s concept.

Whiteshield is a leading global strategy and public policy advisory firm, recognized as Europe’s top firm for innovation in consulting by Vault in 2021, and it has done extensive policy consulting work for government clients. Ishraq Communications has been managing the public relations and communications for Whiteshield’s activities, initiatives, collaborations, and achieved international indexes. We developed strategic plans to communicate the launch of the Global Trade Resilience Index (GTRI) and the Global Labour Resilience Index (GLRI) in the region. Our tasks included allocating the timelines of the plans and drafting press releases in English and Arabic and distributing them to the media publications, as well as securing top-tier interviews with Fadi Farra, Senior Managing Partner at Whiteshield. Our expert design team also proudly created print copies for both indexes which were distributed at COP28 and the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Eastern Fortune Investments stands as a beacon of innovation and strategic foresight, serving as the next-generation hybrid family office and holding company based in Dubai. Among EFI’s ventures is Pay10, a leading fintech and e-payment solutions provider dedicated to fostering an inclusive e-payment ecosystem locally and globally. Ishraq communications has been handling the public relations and communications for Pay10 in the UAE and the region. As a newly lunched provider of fintech and e-payment solutions in the UAE, our team developed a strategic communications plan to maximize exposure for their launch and participation in industry exhibitions and shows across the UAE and the region. We drafted and distributed press releases in English, French and Arabic to targeted media outlets. We managed media invitations, and secured interviews with Harry Gill, chairman of Eastern Fortune Investment and Pay10, during their participation at the Dubai Fintech Summit and Gitex Africa 2024 in Morocco.
